This website is operated by Halloween Kingdom. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who can use the site
The site is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it or to buy from us. Your use must comply with applicable law, and you must not transmit harmful code.

Affiliate links
Many of our links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Those purchases are completed on the retailer's own site (for example, Amazon) under their terms, prices, delivery and returns. We don't take payment, hold stock or ship orders for those purchases.

Buying our printables
We also sell our own printable downloads. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and we send your order confirmation, and we then email your files. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, refunds and faulty files, and it forms part of these Terms.

What you can do with the files
When you buy a printable, you may print as many copies as you like for your own personal and household use, and for use in a classroom. You may not resell, share or pass on the files, upload them anywhere, or sell printed copies. The designs remain ours.

Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the site accurate, but information about other retailers' products can go out of date. Their prices and availability are set by the retailer and can change without notice.

Third-party links and tools
Our site links to third-party sites and may reference third-party tools. We don't control or endorse these and aren't responsible for them. Review their policies before you use them.

Your submissions
If you send us comments or ideas, we may use them without restriction. Make sure they don't break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

Personal information
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility to you
If a printable you bought from us is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights, and our Refund Policy explains how we put things right. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for problems caused by your own equipment, printer or paper. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
