Refund Policy

Halloween Kingdom sells its own printable downloads, and it also links you to other retailers, usually Amazon, who sell the costumes, accessories and decorations we feature. This policy covers the printables you buy from us. If you bought from another retailer through one of our links, that retailer's policy applies, and the last section tells you where to go.

Changed your mind

You can cancel a printable order within 14 days of the day you placed it and get a full refund, even if you have already downloaded the files. Email halloweenkingdom20@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. We will refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used.

A file that does not work

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not what the product page described, email us with your order number and tell us what is wrong. We will send you a working file. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you, up to the full price you paid. This is not limited to the first 14 days.

How you get your files

Everything we sell is a digital download, so nothing is posted to you. Your files are emailed to the address you gave at checkout once your payment goes through. If the email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will send it again.

Things you bought through our links

Many links on our site take you to other retailers, usually Amazon. If you bought through one of those links, you bought from that retailer, so their returns and refunds policy applies and they handle delivery. For Amazon orders, start a return from your Amazon account.
