Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at scottkemp19@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at scottkemp19@gmail.com.
