Refund Policy

Halloween Kingdom is an affiliate site. We help you find costumes and accessories and link you to the retailer that sells them, usually Amazon. We don't take payment, hold stock or ship orders ourselves.

Returns and refunds

Your purchase is completed on the retailer's own site, so returns, refunds and exchanges are handled by that retailer under their policy. For Amazon orders, start a return from your Amazon account, where you'll find their returns and refunds policy.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact the retailer that fulfilled it, since they took the payment and arranged delivery.
