How instant downloads work

Buy the pack, and the download link appears on the confirmation page straight away. The same links are emailed to you, so you can come back to them later. Nothing is posted, so there is no delivery window and no cut-off date before Halloween — decide on the day and you can still have everything printed within the hour.

Getting the print right

Print at 100%, or choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”. The costume masks and carving stencils are drawn to real measurements, and “Fit to page” shrinks everything by about 6% — enough that a mask sits wrong on a child’s face and a stencil no longer matches the pumpkin it was sized for. Paper is fine for party games and stencils; for masks, thin card holds its shape and survives a whole party rather than an hour of it.

Questions people ask

When do I get my files? Immediately. They are on your order confirmation page the moment you pay, and emailed to you as well.

The email hasn’t arrived. Check spam and Promotions first. Your files also stay on your order status page, which the confirmation email links to. If you still can’t reach them, reply to that email and we’ll send them over.

A4 or US Letter? Both, in every pack. A4 for the UK, Europe and most of the world; US Letter for the US and Canada.

How many copies can I print? As many as you like, for your own family, party or classroom. Please don’t resell them or share the files.

What do I need? A home printer, paper or thin card, and scissors. Nothing else.
